Privacy: Existing Google Calendar event names and details are not sent to the browser. The server returns only open appointment times.

How requests work

  1. Choose an opening calculated from Anna’s live Google Calendar.
  2. Submit the student’s information and goals.
  3. Anna receives the request and approves or declines it.
  4. After approval, the backend creates the Google Calendar event and sends confirmation.

Important scheduling notes

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee the time.
  • The server rechecks the calendar before saving each request.
  • Calendar credentials remain on the secure backend, never in this HTML file.
  • Requests are stored in Firestore with status pending.
